Meet Dr. Morey

Kirk Morey, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Des Peres Eye Center in St. Louis and Arnold, Missouri. Dr. Morey attended the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, graduating in 1985 with his medical degree. Then, he moved to Missouri for a residency in ophthalmology, serving as chief resident at St. Louis University. Today, he is still affiliated with the university as an assistant clinical professor, teaching the ophthalmologists and medical professionals of tomorrow.

Dr. Morey is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Missouri Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons, the St. Louis Ophthalmological Society, and the American Medical Association. He also donates much of his time as a board member of the Mildred Brady and Rena Martin Charitable Eye Foundation, an organization that funds a free St. Louis clinic for the homeless.

At Des Peres Eye Center, Dr. Morey diagnoses and treats cataracts, glaucoma, conjunctivitis (pink eye) and more. He also offers comprehensive eye exams to all patients to make sure their eyes are healthy and that they’re able to see clearly.
